Antoinette Jones is the complete professional. Shortly after entering into a listing and sales agreement with Ms Jones she conducted research on the property to determine a marketing strategy based on it's current zoning. She used a variety of sources to advertise the property including internet real estate services. Ms Jones stayed in frequent contact with me throughout the entire listing and sales process. She was diligent and conscientious and was able to bring numerous potential buyers to the property. After not being able to obtain a viable offer, she recommended a systematic pricing reducing strategy the ultimately resulted in the successful sale of my property. I have already recommended her to other property owners.

I was taken care of very professionaly by Ms. Jones, she answered all my questions and was very knowledgable on the areas we talked about, she went out of her way above and beyond to find the property I wanted at the price I could afford, she was always avaliable to answer my concerns about qualifing for a home loan and the different avenues I could take when financing my home, I have already recommended her to two of my friends who are in the market for a house.
